What started as a trip to check out a cosy neighbourhood that we might hope to own a home in one day, ended with us walking along the sandbar at Point Walter Reserve on a warm Sunday afternoon. 😀 Despite being clad in pullovers and jeans and shoes/flats, dipping our feet into the ankle deep waters on a narrow “beach-strip” stretching 1km into the river felt so refreshing!

S’been a good 3 years or more since I last made cinnamon rolls, and being that Easter has recently passed and the supermarket bakery no longer sells my favourite chocolate hot cross buns, I decided this would be a good time to satisfy my craving for sweets with a new cinnamon roll recipe i found online. it calls for a whopping 5 hr commitment to make, but my strange quick-to-rise yeast saved me an hour. (:
Avocado & Shrimp pasta
– garlic, fresh basil, shrimp, avocados, black pepper, salt, chopped chilli, cheese
Dark chocolate tofu mousse with bananas. A completely guilt free dessert, for me at least. (:
– dark chocolate bar (melted), 1 pack silken tofu, few tsp milk
He came home for lunch today and presented this to me! (: truly surprised cuz he’s not really a romantic but the fact that he tries… #touched :’)
